Xbox, Playstation, Game Boy & Co. disassembled and in pictures - memories

from Stephen Wilke etc –
PC gamers don’t have a game console. Right? Not correct! Because just like Modern Talking sold 20 million records to someone, some of the PC Games Hardware Extreme users also own a games console. Community members upload photos of their Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega, Sony & Co. consoles to two image threads in the PCGHX forum.

There is a certain myth attached to game consoles, after all, in contrast to PCs, they are usually hidden behind stable packaging that is not so easy to open – if only for warranty reasons. But that doesn’t stop many users from modding or completely disassembling the Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony or Sega console.

There are two threads in the PCGH Extreme forum dedicated to the community’s consoles:

In the following picture gallery you will find a selection of the most exciting projects and pictures. If you are also interested in presenting your collection or disassembling your games console, then you should use one of the mentioned threads on PCGH Extreme. We haven’t discovered a Playstation 5 or an Xbox Series S/X there yet – are the consoles really that hard to get?
