I Am Fish is an enchanting physics-based adventure starring four intrepid fish friends, forcibly separated from their home in a pet store fish tank. Over the course of the game, you join them as they swim, fly, roll and chew their way into the open ocean from the remotest corners of Barnardshire (England’s smallest county) in their bid for freedom and to meet once. . again. FINTASTIC FRIENDS Meet our heroes! Goldfish: cheerful, brave and adventurous, a natural born swimmer! Puffer Fish – A bit slow but good-natured that can also puff up into a ball and roll around on the ground. Piranha – Wild, chaotic, loud, unpredictable and loves to bite, obviously. Flying Fish – A bit distant at times, but really soft-hearted, with the ability to glide through the air! These brave heroes will leave no bowl unturned, putting their hearts and shoals on a mission to reunite! NO NEED TO BE A BRAIN STURGEON Swim, roll, glide, bite, spin, inflate, fly and bite your way through gripping challenges. A simple and intuitive control scheme leaves no excuses in case your fish dies and leaves you feeling gutsy. THINK OUTSIDE THE CUP With its idyllic coastline and picturesque villages, Barnardshire may seem like a quintessentially perfect piece of tranquility, but to our aquatic adventurers it is alive with the very real threats posed by crossing roads, traversing rooftops, dodging deep fryers, avoiding wildlife including curmudgeonly locals, not to mention the flimsy fish tanks and the very real problem that fish can’t breathe out of the water. DON’T LEAVE FISH BEHIND We won’t dwell on grizzly fish death, but if your fish falls too far into whatever makeshift fish tank it is in, runs out of air, or generally moves around, it will go back to the most recent checkpoint to refine your focus. SWIM TO FREEDOM Our four fantastic friends will be hitchhiking on all kinds of ad hoc water carriers, including jars, rolling mop buckets, and the odd pint glass. Health! Navigating each makeshift watercraft poses its own unique challenge, but don’t worry, the relative freedom of the open water is never too far away with inviting fountains, pools, and sewers full of hazardous materials to splash around. before reaching the final goal: the open and glistening ocean.
