If you only want to play MOBAs like League of Legends, then a GTX 1650 or GTX 1660 would normally be sufficient. However, the prices for this are also very high. Unless you need to buy a PC right away, wait for prices to settle down. Because with the GeForce RTX 3060 or the RX 6600 (XT) you already get potent performance for Full HD with 144 Hz and even slight reserves for WQHD. If you prefer to play in WQHD with 144 Hz instead, then it should already be an RX 6700 XT or an RTX 3070. The surcharge for the RTX 3070 Ti is only partially worthwhile.

Can you also gamble with old hardware? You can definitely save money with older hardware if every euro counts.

Although there is already a newer processor with the Ryzen 5 5600X, with the Ryzen 5 3600 you currently get more than enough performance. Newer processors offer you on average a slightly better performance or are simply more efficient than older generations.

If you have to buy a gaming PC now because either circumstances force you to do so or you urgently need a birthday or Christmas present, you will at least find a few useful offers that can save you some money.
