Pokémon GO: Players discover creepy bug in Kapuno mask

In Pokémon GO, a broken Kapuno mask was causing nightmares among the trainers. Because they noticed that the mask is in the game with a bug. It doesn’t close properly at the back and that makes for creepy screenshots.

What is it about? Images of a faulty Kapuno mask are currently circulating in the Pokémon GO community. You can unlock the mask for free by collecting stardust. Your trainer then pulls it over his head.

But a piece is missing at the back of the head / neck, which is why you can see through the head of the avatars.

“That part is cursed!”

How does it look? Usually the Kapuno mask is black from behind and is supposed to adorn the head of the avatars up to the neck. But trainer Locid on reddit shows that doing a certain pose doesn’t really work. Locid writes: “Kapuno mask does not cover the back of the head in the ‘Rock’ pose, you can see the inside of the head and the back of the eyes.”

  • “Oh, that’s it. I was wondering if I should collect all the stardust for the reward, but I didn’t know what the reward was. It was hard to see, ”explains YesReboot

How is the mask available? At the start of the season of origin, Niantic also released a Stardust Challenge. If you earn a total of 120,000 stardust in the period of 27 days left, you will receive the mask for your trainer as a gift.
