A few months ago it still haunted the rumor mill, now it is Star Wars Eclipse was officially announced at the Game Awards. The title is created by Quantic Dream, which was previously, among other things, for Heavy Rain and Detroit: Become Human, in collaboration with LucasFilm. The title is currently still in an early stage of development.

Accordingly, the first trailer that was presented was also meaningless. It shows various planets and impressions of their inhabitants. Dogfights can also be seen in space, but statements regarding the gameplay cannot yet be made based on this.

Alleged information a few weeks ago

Accordingly, Eclipse is said to play during the era of the High Republic, in which the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order celebrated their prime. The time is about 200 years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and 800 years after the fall of the Old Republic.

There is no release period for Star Wars Eclipse or any information about the platforms on which the title is to appear.
