There are double events going on in WoW right now – perfect for mount collectors and twinks

There are currently twice as many events running in World of Warcraft – and therefore twice as many opportunities to earn cool stuff.

In World of Warcraft: Shadowlands there is currently the great content drought, but the time in Azeroth can be worth it. Several time hikes are currently active at the same time, which promises particularly fast progress or more varied levels. Perfect for killing time or catching up on twinks.

What’s going on in World of Warcraft right now? Several bonus events are currently overlapping in Shadowlands. Double the amount of timewalking is active, so you can visit both the custom dungeons of “Legion” and those of “The Burning Crusade”.

You will also get a quest for loot for both dungeon contents and – especially important – when completing the first time wandering of each type at level 60, a quest starter item that grants 500 time-warped badges.

What does this have to do with leveling? Thanks to the time wandering, the dungeons from Legion and “The Burning Crusade” are also interesting for players at the maximum level. Therefore, groups for these dungeons can be found fairly quickly, which can also be used by players when leveling. After all, timewalking dungeons give a large amount of XP – around one level depending on the current progress and dungeon. As a result, the ascent is quick.

What are the rewards? Quite a lot, because the time wandering system has been expanded over the years. In addition to very solid entry-level armor for twinks at level 60, transmog items, but also numerous toys and coveted mounts for time-warped badges, are particularly attractive here. Each time wandering has its own dealer with individual rewards.

Even if you already have everything at the current event, you can collect the badges for one of the other time wanderings in order to collect missing mounts or toys there.

Last chance for the magician tower: The beginning of this new WoW week also marks the last chance to close the magician tower in a timely manner. The Mage Tower is a “new” feature from Patch 9.1.5 that is only active during Timewalking: Legion. Here, players can earn special transmog sets and even a flying book as a mount – if they can master the challenges.

This event is currently active for the first time and therefore lasted a whopping 4 weeks. In the future, however, the event will only return around every 4 months and then only for one week at a time.

So if you want to start the year 2022 with chic skins and a cool mount, you should still master the magician tower before it closes its gates again.

Apart from the time wandering, you should also get this year’s Christmas present – because that too will soon disappear.
