This fall will see “the biggest Apple product launch in history”
Mark Gurman reveals that this fall Apple will present more devices than ever, a 2022 full of surprises awaits us.
Apple’s end of the year aims to be historic. As reported by Mark Gurman, one of the journalists with the best information about Apple, the company could launch its largest range of products to date in autumn. Apparently, Apple would be reserving several devices to present them at the end of the year.
In the latest edition of your newsletter Power On, Mark Gurman de Bloomberg has explained that his sources have told him that Apple is saving several of its announcements for the fall.
I’m told that Apple is preparing the widest range of new hardware products in its history this fall. That makes sense: My list includes four new iPhones, a lower-end MacBook Pro, an updated iMac, the new Mac Pro, a refurbished MacBook Air, an upgraded AirPods Pro, three new Apple Watches, a lower-end iPad, and iPadPro

Gurman hopes that the apple spring event, scheduled for March or April, focuses on the iPhone SE 3, a new iPad Air, and potentially a new high-end Mac of some sort.
I imagine that Apple wants to bring the M1 Pro chip to another Mac in the first half of this year. That could mean a high-end Mac mini or iMac
Gurman also reports that devices like the iPad Pro, which have often been introduced earlier in the year, will be released in the fall due to the big changes that Apple prepares.
Normally, Apple usually introduces many devices in the last quarter of the year. In addition to the new iPhone, it is not uncommon to see Apple Watch, iPad and some Mac. However in 2022 we could see more novelties than ever, and we’ll see how many different events they show up at.
