Accumulate PS Plus months: Sony prevents clever savings trick

PlayStation subscriptions can no longer be renewed

According to several reports, it is currently no longer possible to top up PS Plus and PS Now subscriptions in the long term. While there is currently no official statement from Sony, according to sources, there has been several feedback from Sony PlayStation customer service. This was the savings trick: As you also noted in the comments yesterday, it would theoretically be possible to buy PS Now months now, which will then be converted inexpensively into PS Plus Premium for the changeover on June 22nd. Those who currently have both subscriptions could have saved even more by extending the cheaper PS Plus membership for years.

Rumour: 56 games removed from PS Now library

On the subject of PS Plus restructuring, we have another piece of interesting information for you today, but you should treat it with caution. Like the page PSU.com reports that 56 games from the PS Now library will not be carried over to the new service.

Which games are these? Among others Metal Gear Solid 4, Team Sonic Racing, Yakuza 4 and 5, Silent Hill HD Collection. You can find the full list on Reddit.

However, consider the info as a rumor and keep it in mind. Sony has currently announced a total of 740 games for the cross-generational libraries with titles from the PS1 to the PS5 era for the restart of PS Plus.
