Pokémon GO: A Mega Moment – All Special Research rewards

In Pokémon GO, the special research “A Mega Moment” is active and brings you some quests and rewards. We show you all the content of the research.

What is this research? In Pokémon GO, the new Mega Evolutions have been available worldwide since the evening of April 28th. Niantic celebrates this with a special special research.

Here we show you an overview of all 4 chapters of research with all tasks and rewards.

A mega moment 1/4

task	Reward
Catch 3 Pokemon	meeting with Bulbasaur
Catch 3 Pokemon	meeting with Charmander
Catch 3 Pokemon	meeting with Squirtle

Tier Reward: If you complete all three tasks successfully and redeem your rewards, you can expect an additional 500 XP, 200 Stardust and 10 Poké Balls.

Now you should choose between Venusaur, Charizard and Turtok. The choice affects which encounters you get in the next quests and which of the Pokémon you get Mega Energy for. In the example we take the selection from Bisaflor and show how the research proceeds with this selection.

A mega moment 2/4

task	Reward
Catch 5 Pokemon	10 Pokeballs
Use 5 berries at the Catching Pokemon	10 Super Balls
Use 5 power ups	10 raspberries

Tier Reward: If you complete all three tasks successfully and redeem your rewards, you can expect an additional 200 Mega Energy for Venusaur, 1 Raid Pass and a Venusaur encounter.

A mega moment 3/4

task	Reward
Earn 5 hearts with your buddy	50 mega energy for Bisaflor
Use 10 power ups	50 mega energy for Bisaflor
Perform a Mega Evolution Venusaur through	1 loading TM

Tier Reward: If you complete all three tasks successfully and redeem your rewards, you can expect an additional 1,000 XP, 600 Stardust and 100 Mega Energy for Venusaur.

task	Reward
Win a raid	6 Revives
Defeat a Rocket Grunt	2 silvers pineapple berries
Take a snapshot of your buddy	6 hyper potions

Tier Reward: If you complete all three tasks successfully and redeem your rewards, you can expect an additional 2,000 XP, 1,500 Stardust and 100 Mega Energy for Venusaur.
