PS4, PS5: PlayStation boss allegedly upsets Sony employees with mail about abortion and his cats

As the Bloomberg site reports, the head of PlayStation at Sony (PS4, PS5), Jim Ryan, is said to have annoyed some of his employees with an internal email. Because he asks her to respect everyone’s opinion on the controversial subject of abortion rights, and then talked about his cats.

He then wrote five more paragraphs about how his cats were celebrating their first birthdays, the noises they make and that he would like to get a dog.

How did the mail arrive?? As Bloomberg writes, some Sony employees expressed their displeasure with the e-mail in internal discussions. Some women felt the message did not respect or trivialize their rights.

Someone at Sony is quoted as saying, “I’ve never been so mad about a cat’s birthday.”
