In the quarterfinals, the 8 remaining meanies faced each other and hoped for your voting support, which you once again gave diligently. However, the door to the semi-finals has only opened for four candidates.
These 4 villains bagged the most votes in their duels and accordingly advance to the semi-finals:

- Bowser (Super Mario) – 71%, 1665 votes
- Lady Dimitrescu (Resident Evil) – 29%, 664 votes
Even though the vampire lady from Resident Evil 8 had done extremely well so far, she never really saw any real ground against Mario villain Bowser from the start. She quickly fell far behind her adversary, who was raining down Attunement Attack after Attunement Attack. Now it comes to the “dream finale” against the Joker.
Quarterfinals 2nd
- Pyramid Head (Silent Hill) – 55%, 1200 votes
- Handsome Jack (Borderlands) – 45%, 978 votes
The closest quarter-final decision came in the duel between Pyramid Head and Handsome Jack. For a long time everything was possible here, the mean with the distinctive helmet could already feel the breath of the Borderlands creep, whose attacks could be successfully repelled until the end. While Handsome Jack has to go home, Pyramid Head now meets Ganondorf in the semifinals.

Over the course of the game, I had identified the always grinning Batman opponent as one of the big favorites to win the title and there was no doubt about it in the quarter-finals either. The hitherto very strong Baldur was knocked out of the tournament as consistently as if he were a simple lackey. The next test for the Joker is likely to be much tougher when he meets Bowser in the semifinals.

- Ganondorf (Zelda) – 59%, 1321 votes
- The Wild Hunt (Witcher) – 41%, 924 votes
Quarter-final 4 was eagerly awaited, as both opponents had been able to achieve strong results up to that point. Already on the first day of voting, the Witch King was able to pull away from the Geisterreiter and didn’t let this lead melt away until the end. Now it comes to the big duel against the Pyramid Head.
