After Dying Light 2 has sold quite well since its release in February of this year, and the indexed predecessor is also extremely popular with numerous players, the developer studio Techland now wants to hire new employees in order to strengthen the company and devote itself to new projects. Above all, the team within the studio, which is responsible for a previously unannounced open-world action RPG in a fantasy setting, is to be strengthened a lot. Despite the release of Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Techland has been constantly working on this new project, and is now ready to hire new talent, as Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka explains:

“We are very happy with what we have achieved so far with the Dying Light franchise. Furthermore, our journey with Dying Light 2 Stay Human has just begun as we plan to support this game for at least five years, with which its scope and size match, if not exceed, what we provided to our community during post-launch support of its predecessor, while at the same time we are very committed to introducing a brand new IP that is significantly different from what We’ve been doing for the last few years. We want to create a complete next-gen experience. A new fantasy epic set in an expansive open world, powered by the skills and experiences we’ve gathered as a team over the years , imbued with new ideas, passion and creativity. While we are unable to share any further details about this project at this time, we are all excited to see the Sp learn to show when the time is right.
