Buy a graphics card: Prices for the Radeon RX 6750 XT are becoming increasingly attractive - Radeon market overview

As things currently stand, AMD will only launch the GPUs of the Radeon 7000 series next year. Sure, the graphics chip manufacturer has just added the Radeon refresh RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6950 XT to the range of Radeon GPUs, so you won’t be so quick to scrap the current graphics cards. Anyone who currently wants to buy a graphics card with a Radeon GPU will benefit from a significant price reduction with the new Radeon RX 6750 XT, as our graphics card market overview from RX 6400 to the top model Radeon RX 6950 XT shows.

How have Radeon prices performed week-on-week?

A price war has developed in particular for the graphics cards that appeared after the most recent Radeon refresh. The cheapest Radeon RX 6750 XT can already be bought for 609 euros, so you have to invest 30 euros less in the graphics card than a week ago. The prices of the cheapest offers for graphics cards with Radeon GPUs have fallen across the board, from the entry-level model RX 6400 to the top model Radeon RX 6950 XT. It is striking that graphics cards from the manufacturer XFX almost completely lead the cheapest offers.

Radeon RX 7000: New supposed data on memory and structure

Twitter leaker Greymon55 corrected the memory connection data previously mentioned for the upcoming RDNA3 GPUs Navi 31 and 32. So Navi 31 should use a 384-bit bus instead of a 256-bit bus. Another leak also revealed new alleged findings on the construction of Navi 31. This supposed new data would also be accompanied by a change in the memory transfer rate. Assuming that all graphics cards of the RDNA3 architecture have at least GDDR6 memory with a speed of 18 Gbit/s, a memory transfer rate of 864 GB/s would be achieved for Navi 31, which Infinity Cache does not take into account. Navi 32 would get 576 GB/s, while Navi 33 would stay at 288 GB/s. Not only Greymon55 seems to know the latest information about AMD’s RDNA3 GPUs, but also the Reddit community “AMDGPU”, whose Twitter account also leaked unconfirmed data on the design and construction of the Navi 31. The RDNA3 flagship is said to have a Graphics Compute Die (GCD) and six Memory Compute Die (MCD). This would make Navi 31’s MCM design different from previous speculation.
