gamescom: The wild card raffle for the press day has started

One day earlier at gamescom than other private visitors – that’s possible with the Wild Card.

Official ticket sales for gamescom 2022 in Cologne have not yet started, but you can already win wild cards. With these you can go to the trade fair on the trade visitor day and test games without the long queues on the private visitor days.

This is how you take part in the raffle

It’s all about this: The wild cards raffled by gamescom grant you the Access to the entertainment area on Wednesday 24th August. If you win tickets, you can start at 1 p.m. and try out as many games as you want. Wednesday is actually the day for the media and trade visitors. For private visitors, the fair normally only opens its doors from August 25th to 28th.

Participate – This is how you have a chance at wild cards: To at the raffle to take part, you have to Newsletter for private visitors subscribe and log in with your Koelnmesse account. You can also use the gamescom app and gamescom now with your access data.

After gamescom 2021 was completely canceled, the fair is set to make its comeback this August and feel like it did before the pandemic. A total of 250 exhibitors are expected on site. You can see what the Corona protective measures look like read here.

Even if the trade fair takes place live on site again, some online concepts that have proven themselves in recent years will be continued. There will also be a program that you can watch from home if you can’t make it to Cologne.
