ApoRed has activated “Insi-Mode” – Does the YouTuber admit tax fraud in his video?

ApoRed - Insolvenzverfahren

Only a few weeks ago we here on PlayCentral.de about the YouTuber ApoRed reported the beginning of the year had to file for bankruptcy. It is less surprising that he has now spoken out on this subject in a new video on YouTube. However, the 28-year-old is not doing himself a great favor by doing so.

Bankruptcy fraud & tax evasion at ApoRed?

Apparently, the facade of the YouTuber ApoRed is crumbling faster and faster. Know many of his followers and subscribers Ahmad Nadim Ahadi only as a successful influencer who regularly brags about his swanky lifestyle. Expensive cars, branded clothing and the latest sneakers are just a few examples.

It was previously unclear how much of this image really corresponds to reality. But since one at the latest Video by YouTuber MiiMii it might be difficult for ApoRed to keep up this facade. Eventually he found out that on March 28, 2022 for Ahadi a provisional insolvency administrator has been appointed. Accordingly, private insolvency proceedings should not be far away.

A short time after the video by MiiMii, a reaction video by the 28-year-old with Afghan roots followed on the ApoRed YouTube channel, in which he addresses the topic of the insolvency proceedings, among other things.

ApoRed emphasizes that he no longer wants to be “pulled away” by the German state. Among other things, he has to pay 1,000 euros a month in contributions for his private health insurance.

“If you are in Germany for more than 6 months, you have German tax rights and German headaches. It doesn’t give a damn if you registered your business in Malta, Afghanistan or anywhere else.”

According to its own statement, ApoRed now has a supposedly ingenious solution “Insi mode” activated – i.e. filed for bankruptcy in Germany:

“But how is that not the case? Yes, if you simply activate the “Insi mode”, i.e. if you are simply insolvent. Then it’s just not the case. Then you can register your business, even if you are abroad, let everything run through it and just get rid of all those German headache stories.”

So ApoRed admits in his video that he filed for bankruptcy in Germany in order to continue his business abroad. He also explains in several videos that he has already transferred part of his assets abroad. In this way he could save a lot of taxes in this country.

“Sorry for being a fox and if I’m smart and I just do it.”

The money that he believes he will save by doing this will go to people in need, as well as to his own extended family. Totally relaxed!

Does ApoRed admit cheating in its video?

But is it really that easy to save on taxes in Germany or to go through insolvency proceedings? Of course not.

In the video in question, ApoRed simplifies the laws that apply in this country and also admits to a criminal offense if he actually managed to transfer money abroad to file for bankruptcy in Germany.

Since he even documents this in his videos, it could be loud Section 283a of the Criminal Code also by one particularly severe case of bankruptcy act. Such a crime is punishable by up to ten years imprisonment.

In his own video, lawyer Christian Solmecke explains in detail which laws apply in the event of private insolvency proceedings in Germany and why ApoRed has not done itself any favors with its video.
