The Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi hit like a bomb with the start of the series on May 27, 2022 – this is demonstrated by the new record that the Disney + series has set. According to Disney, no other series on the platform had such a strong start weekend.

The first two episodes of the Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi were released on May 27, 2022 – and never before have so many subscribers to the streaming service tuned in to the return of Ewan McGregor as a hermit on the desert planet Tatooine on a launch weekend.
