Skydance Interactive and Skybound Entertainment revealed during the recent State of Play a new trailer to The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution for the PS VR and PS VR2. In addition, the game for MetaQuest and other PC VR platforms to be available

The sequel will take advantage of the PS5 hardware in many ways, including one improved graphics and support for haptic feedback. The new trailer already shows a significant improvement over the previous game in the series.

The first part of The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners has become a popular PS VR title since its release in 2020. The game played more than 60 million dollars so the announcement of a sequel isn’t too surprising.

More weapons and new combat methods

This time you can look forward to a lot larger arsenal of weapons looking forward, including the much-anticipated chainsaw, which can also be seen in the game’s logo. You can also expect a complete new story campaign, new mapsthat can be explored as well brand new challenges.

In a post on the PlayStationBlog Skydance Interactive’s Alexander Eden explains that the weapons will allow players to take down Walker in a way that wasn’t possible in its predecessor:

“The physics-based combat and wide variety of weapons you can interact with in Saints & Sinners was one of its greatest highlights, and Chapter 2: Retribution takes the palpable ruthlessness even further.

The gear you find will not be just variants of familiar weapons, but will be designed to give you unique combat methods never before available to you.”

When will the game be released?

Fans who love the new VR game PS VR If you want to try it out, you’re in luck, because the title is still in 2022 appear. Those who are the PlayStation 5 version want to see, however, must wait until 2023 have to.
