In Darmstadt, the energy supplier company Entega was the victim of a cyber attack. The attack hit internal accounts but not infrastructure.

The Darmstadt-based energy supplier Entega fell victim to a fire last weekend criminal cyber attack. The company shared that Twitter With. Internal mail accounts and company websites are said to be particularly affected.

The attack was discovered on Sunday morning because the employees could no longer access their own customer portal. However, the attack should not have any impact on critical infrastructure or customer data.

There is currently no information about who is responsible for the attack and why Entega AG was the target of a cyber attack.
