Fortnite: Level 400 in just one week – This is how the XP grind works
Who is LootStation? Anyone who is in the YouTube cosmos around Fortnite may have heard of LootStation. The content creator and streamer has been active on the video platform for some time. He’s known for finding the quickest possible XP grind methods for each new season of Fortnite and sharing them with his fans. It is not uncommon for him to push his own Battle Pass to unimagined heights. In Chapter 3 Season 3 of Fortnite, he’s at level 400 just over a week into the game.
How did he reach level 400 so quickly? Typically, LootStation relies on Fortnite’s limited-time game modes to grind down as much XP as possible in a short amount of time. These LTMs (Limited Time Modes) often give more experience points than the traditional game modes. In Chapter 3 Season 3, however, Epic Games raised the XP cap for level-ups quite a bit. Still, LootStation found a way to quickly work your way through the Battle Pass.
Fortnite: With Team Rumble to level 400 in the Battle Pass – Here’s how
This is how the method works: The new game mode of choice for LootStation is Team Rumble. In the game mode, Epic Games recently buffed the achievements so that all kills, discovered points of interest (POI) and looted treasure chests bring more XP.
Each achievement in Team Rumble currently brings double the amount of XP. LootStation names Loot Lake as an important hotspot on the Fortnite map. Just by clearing out treasure chests and ammo boxes you can easily farm 30,000 XP in a single round.
LootStation gives a more detailed explanation of the XP grind in its video. There he also shows the best route to earn many experience points at Fortnite’s Loot Lake. This method always seems to be more reliable than a recent XP glitch on Fortnite’s creative maps, which Epic Games has since fixed. Elsewhere, there’s trouble about an exploit with a pickaxe in Fortnite. A bug made the Dragon Rune Lance an unfair pay-to-win item.
