How high are the shipping costs at Otto?

The shipping costs are standard 2.95 euros per package. If you order larger products that have to be delivered by a freight forwarder, you have to pay once for shipping 29.95 euros on. Are you in a hurry and want your delivery? Within 24 hours receive, fall 9.95 euros respectively 19.95 euros as an extra charge.

If you order from Otto regularly, you could also benefit from the Shipping flat rate worth. This costs for 12 months 9.99 euros, but does not apply to forwarding items or items from other sellers on Otto.de. The delivery flat rate can be used at any time with discounts, vouchers or your Otto Up savings credit. As always with Otto, the return of your parcels is completely free of charge.

Financing at Otto

If you want, you can go to Otto Orders in installments count. The online retailer offers you 3 to 48 monthly installments. In the ordering process you can select payment in installments under “Payment method” and also set your desired rate. The first payment is due 30 days after receipt of the delivery, the subsequent installments at intervals of a further 30 days. You can return your orders from the Otto range free of charge within 30 days of receipt of the goods. With other sellers on the Otto marketplace, you have 14 days to return goods free of charge.

If you would like to return a product, simply hand the package over to one of the around 16,000 Hermes parcel shops throughout Germany or arrange for Otto customer service to collect it. For freight forwarding goods and particularly heavy or large packages (weight over 25 kg or longest + shortest side greater than 120 cm) you must arrange a pick-up appointment with customer service on 040 – 3603 3603.
