Mega surprise: Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order could become a TV series!

For many fans, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order was the game they have been wanting for years. Also in our test the 2019 title was already able to convince with lots of lightsaber action. Due to the success of the solo adventure, a second part is in development, which should be released in 2023. The latest rumors are now even talking about one Live Action Series around the young Jedi Cal Kestis.

Jedi Fallen Order live-action series planned

The rumors are from Insider Kristian Harloff, who in turn relies on a reliable source that has often been right in the past. Also the actor of Cal Kestis, Cameron Monaghan, should be at the start. “The rumor itself at the moment is that a series starring Cal Kestis is in the works on Disney+. The rumor is that the [Original]-Actor Cameron Monaghan will play his character from Jedi: Fallen Order in a live-action series for Disney+”according to Harloff in his YouTube video. He goes on to say that there is no production date yet, but that the series is currently being worked on.

How realistic is such a film adaptation?

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (buy now €9.99) finds five years after Order 66 and thus in a similar time frame as the recently released series Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi. In addition, play in the adventure around Cal Kestis inquisitors, just like with Obi-Wan, a crucial role. So it’s quite possible that Disney wants to merge the storylines here, similar to what they did with The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian.
