They can be connected to each other in no time at all, and the wearable also sends important health and fitness data to your mobile phone. From this, the device creates your personal daily form index: You can see at a glance whether you’re ready for a sweaty workout or whether it’s more about relaxation today. Factors such as sleep quality and heart rate variability are also included in the evaluation.

Wearable data can potentially help you spot irregularities in your heart rate, breathing rate, resting heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. This can possibly provide information about your state of health and fitness and allows you to take specific measures. Get to know your body better – and listen to it.

Going full throttle all the time is of course not a good idea. Don’t underestimate the importance of a good night’s sleep! If you sleep deeply and sufficiently, you have more for the next day. So that you can be supported to start the morning as rested as possible, Google has this Smart wake feature developed: Your compatible smartwatch or compatible Fitbit tracker registers when you are in a light sleep phase and wakes you up during this period. A good start sets the stage for a day of productivity, entertainment, and fitness—with Google!
