EA makes fun of single-player games, reaps Shitstorm

The reputation of the publisher Electronic Arts has suffered greatly in recent years. The tweet seems particularly out of place when you consider that EA had a huge success with games like Mass Effect or Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. A Disney television series and a sequel are even planned for the latter.

The tweet not only pissed off the fans, several industry giants also didn’t think the tweet was a good idea.
