When GTA meets skating raccoons, the result is this cute messy game
Wanted Raccoon looks like GTA, only with a cute little raccoon that’s a sly old dog (although the picture here is rather deceptive).
As in “When the Animals Left the Woods”, a raccoon loses its home at the beginning of Wanted Raccoon. Of course, it goes without saying that we slip into his role and launch a counterattack. In this case, that means that we free our raccoon comrades, build up the resistance and cause a lot of chaos at the same time. The whole thing is very reminiscent of the vibe GTAexcept that the furry protagonist gives it its very own appeal.
Wanted Raccoon focuses on skating, stealth and insane action
That’s what it’s about: One day people come into the forest and destroy our peaceful life there. They kidnap our raccoon friends and want to build everything. That’s why we, as raccoons, set off into the human world and take revenge on them. Along the way, other raccoons are freed, a base is built and much more.

Wanted Raccoon – Gameplay trailer introduces the insane action with skating raccoon
Chaos à la GTA: We may not have a completely free hand in Wanted Raccoon, but rather follow a fairly tightly knit story, but nevertheless there is probably a lot to do. What is shown in the trailer is varied, very fun and the chaos factor is strongly reminiscent of the GTA series. For example, we even plan robberies with other raccoons, equip our character with cool accessories to our heart’s content and mess with the law enforcement officers.
on Steam Wanted Raccoon is described primarily as a survival, sandbox, and action game that relies on the following features (the last item on the list sounds especially enticing):

When is Wanted Raccoon coming? So far there is no fixed release date and only an announcement for the PC. But you can already support the title on Steam in Early Access and play accordingly. However, this is still an early, unfinished version and unfortunately there is no information as to whether Wanted Raccoon has already been optimized for the Steam Deck.
