Pokémon GO: Limited Battle Weekend Research – All Content

On July 9th and 10th, Pokémon GO will have a big fight weekend and bring you a limited research. We at MeinMMO have looked at the tasks and rewards behind the research.

What kind of research is it? On July 9th at 12:00 a.m. local time, the big weekend of battles in Pokémon GO starts. Of course, limited research should not be missing.

This will be unlocked in the “Today” view when the event starts and will run throughout the entire battle weekend. So keep in mind that you can only solve the tasks until July 10th at 11:59 p.m. and collect all rewards before they expire.

We have summarized the tasks and rewards for you below.

All Battle Weekend Timed Research quests

Where does the information come from? While in Germany we currently have to wait until the start of the fight weekend, other regions have already started the event.

According to the information shared by these trainers on social media, there will be a limited research on GO Battle League, Raids, Grunts, and Arenas. You should be able to choose between different focal points.

Limited Research for Battle Weekend 1/3

Make 15 power-ups on Pokémon	Encounter with Machollo
Use a Charge TM	1x Instant TM
Evolve 3 Pokemon	1x Charge TM

Tier Reward: If you have completed all of the tasks on this board, you will receive an additional 1,000 Stardust, a Premium Battle Pass and an additional 2,500 Stardust.

Before you can switch to the 2nd panel, you have to decide on a focus, which will continue in the 2nd part of the research. Choices are GO Battle League and Raids, Grunts, and Arenas.
The last panel is then identical again, no matter which focus you have previously chosen.

Battle Weekend Limited Research – GO Battle League 2/3

Fight 10 times in GO Battle League	2,500 XP

Reach Rank 5 in the GO Battle League	Encounter with Tanhel

Tier Reward: If you have solved all the tasks on this board, you will also receive an encounter with Chansey, a lucky egg and a piece of a star.

Battle Weekend Limited Research – Raids, Grunts, and Arenas 2/3

Use a very effective Charged Attack 10 times in Arena Battles	Encounter with Galar Flunschlik
Fight in 2 raids	2,500 XP
Win 2 raids	Encounter with Quiekel
Defeat 3 Team GO Rocket Grunts	2,500 Stardust
Defeat 3 Team GO Rocket bosses	Encounter with Tanhel
