End of Summer Sale Affecting Steam Charts?
Last week the last flap fell on the large-scale Steam Summer Sale. At the beginning of the new week, the question arises as to whether and what effects this will have on the placements of the Steam sales charts would have. The current number 1 in the Steam sales charts
At least on the throne of the current ones top 10 nothing has changed compared to the previous weeks. The handheld PC Steam Deck can still be found there, for which the manufacturer had only recently increased the delivery quantities. However, there have been some changes in the chase field. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is “only” in third place, with the survival game right in front of it raft pushed to complete the podium.
Nevertheless, the action role-playing game Monster Hunter Rise is prominently represented and documented in the top 10 three places at the same time. Games like the first-person shooter Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands and DNF Duel have had to retire in the meantime, while Red Dead Redemption 2 and It Takes Two, among others, are back in the game upper regions of the Steam sales charts welcome. We have the top 10 in an overview summarized for you.

How are the Steam sales charts created?
By the way, when calculating the current top 10 of the Steam sales charts, it is not the pure number of copies of the respective games sold that is decisive, but always the turnover generated by the software or hardware sold. So, especially expensive products have an “advantage”. The sales charts listed above refer to the period from 4th to 10th July 2022. The charts presented by us are published weekly in one XML feed on Steam issued.
