Sonic Origins: Upcoming patch should fix problems

SEGA is currently working on a new patch that aims to fix a variety of Sonic Origins issues.

Most recently, Sonic Origins hit the headlines mainly because of the harsh criticism from the modders Xanman and other Sonic veterans and even developers.

The stumbling block is the numerous errors, inconsistencies and inaccuracies that have crept into the various titles in the Sonic games collection.

It seems that criticism from all sides has had an effect on SEGA. When asked by a fan about upcoming patches, Sonic the Hedgehog social media manager Katie Chrzanowski assures that many of the problems will be fixed:

“Hey! Thanks for your patience! The team has been listening and is working to resolve a variety of issues.”

“We will ensure that more official news is released as soon as we have more information for everyone.”

It is not yet known which problems from Sonic Origins can be expected to be fixed and when the patch will appear.
