Golden Sun: New part in prospect? Camelot updates website with artwork of the classic

The fantasy RPG Golden Sun has been quiet for a long time. This is now changing abruptly, because Camelot is updating its website with high-quality artwork for the series.

The Japanese developer’s website was updated clandestinely, but of course nothing escapes the eagle eyes of the fans. They rushed to social media to share their discovery. After the success of the first two parts, Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age in 2001 and 2002, the last part of the series to date, called Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, followed in 2010.

New Golden Sun part in prospect?

Since then, hero Isaac has only appeared again as a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but the Golden Sun Games could possibly celebrate a real comeback after almost twelve years. Fans like Twitter user GS_Sprites are sure: “I don’t know why that’s surprising though, I’ve been trying to tell you all the time,” he writes on his account.

Camelot updated their website, and it now features Isaac!

In addition to the main protagonist, we also see some high-resolution images of the Djinn on the developers’ homepage. Additionally, Twitter user IsaacAdepts noted that following the website update, Camelot is now also looking for designers and planners for new titles. Interestingly, according to IsaacAdept’s subsequent posts, the Golden Sun parts were included in the representative works advertised by Camelot alongside Mario Golf Super Rush and Tennis Ace. So far, however, there is no concrete information about a new part of the series.
