7 New Must-Have Set Items from ESO High Isle!

In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), the new High Isle Chapter brings a number of new set items. But which ones are particularly good and worthwhile for you in the game? Find out here which sets you should not miss and where you can find them.

What are set items? In ESO you can grab items freely, but you only get really strong bonuses with sets. These are items that, in addition to their usual per-gear bonuses, grant additional benefits when you’re wearing multiple elements from the same set.

What is that? Here you get a set of medium armor. It provides four set bonuses. Since this is a perfect set, you get an additional bonus with the full set.

What are the bonuses? The set grants strong bonuses on critical hits and grants you the “lesser slayer” status for more damage against NPCs.

The set also increases your magic and weapon power. At the end you get further bonuses to magic and weapon power, depending on how little stamina you currently have.

Where to find it The Coral Surf Set can be found in the new High Isle Trial, Graysail Reef. It will be dropped there randomly by the bosses. However, the perfect set can only be found in the Veteran mode of the Trial.

Who should use it? The set is clearly aimed at heroes who want to do some serious damage. Because the strong bonuses on damage, crit, magic and weapon power all favor your DPS.

Since the efficiency of the set depends on stamina, it is primarily suitable for characters who rely on this resource. However, avatars trained to Magicka still benefit from the set.

Perfect pearlescent protection

What is that? This is a powerful set of heavy armor. It awards five bonuses plus one special bonus because it’s a perfect set.

What are the bonuses? First, you get the typical bonuses that good heavy armor provides. So a decent increase in life energy and received healing. In addition, there is the buff “smaller aegis”, which reduces the damage you receive.

The final bonus, on the other hand, is pretty crazy: you and your team get a buff that distributes bonuses depending on the living group members.

The more people are alive, the more magic and weapon damage bonuses are granted. For every dead, on the other hand, there is resistance to damage.

Where to find it The Pearlescent set can be found in the new High Isle Trial called Dreadsail Reef. The bosses there may drop part of the set randomly. If you want the perfect set, you’ll need to run the Veteran mode of the Trial.

Who should use it? The set is obviously aimed at tanks. The bonuses are ideal for enduring a lot and absorbing damage. The set becomes really powerful with the ultimate bonus at five items.

Because it doesn’t matter whether your squad is doing well or something is going wrong: there are always bonuses. Especially the strong increases in resistance that occur with dead comrades can possibly still tear down a messed-up fight.

Pillager’s Perfected Profit

What is that? This set is light armor. There are up to five set bonuses that you unlock. The armor here is also perfect, so it offers another bonus.

What are the bonuses? The set offers good bonuses that improve your healing and protect you in battle. In addition, you will receive more magicka later and also regenerate this resource faster.

The final bonus is something special. It grants all your group members in the area up to 20 percent of your spent ultimate power.

Where to find it This set can also be found in the new High Isle Trial, Greysail Reef. It will be dropped there randomly by the bosses. However, the perfect set here is only available in the Veteran mode of this trial.

Who should use it? As you can easily see from the bonuses, this set is specifically designed for healers. You get bonuses to healing. Magicka and regeneration. On top of that, you are less vulnerable if the tank falls asleep or you don’t run out of an AoE fast enough.

What is that? This is a craftable set. It can be crafted as light, medium, and heavy armor. There are also weapons and jewelry. The set gives you an absurd 12(!) bonuses. So you get something for every item you create.

What are the bonuses? You can get tons of bonuses to life, magicka, and stamina. And always in the above order. So you end up with truly high numbers of those values.

Where to find it The set cannot be found. Rather, you must craft it at a specific location on Amenos.

This secret forge is the “Forgotten Foundry” and you can find it in a hidden cave on Amenos. On our interactive map you will find the foundry.

Also note that you must already have unlocked seven traits to create an item from this set.

Who should use it? The Druid Braid set is ideal for any player who likes to use a balanced build and utilize all three resources. It’s also ideal for relaxed questing and solo play.

You can also combine the set well with other sets, since you get a bonus for each individual item.

Wrath of the Order

What is that? You can craft this set yourself. There are five pieces of armor that you craft in light, medium, or heavy versions. Each item gives you a set bonus.

What are the bonuses? This set also gives you a bonus for each item. These bonuses all affect your critical hit rating and your magic and weapon damage.

Where to find it You can only craft the set at the Hammer and Saw of the Steadfast crafting station. You can find her on High Island, at the Wayshrine Manor of the Steadfast.

The best Mythic items from High Isle

What are Mythic Items? These items are special items that count as a set but only feature one piece of equipment. So just having that one thing is enough to get the set bonus.

how to find them Mythic items can only be obtained through the Greymoor Antiquities system. So you must inevitably own Greymoore to complete this minigame.

Mythic Items are the endgame rewards from the antiqualities system. You need seven levels each in “Scouting” and “Excavation” to even start looking for these items.

In order to get them, you have to dig up various legendary items, then the valuable item will appear in your inventory by itself.

Mora’s whisper

What is that? This item is a light shoulder piece that looks like a spooky demon mask with many eyes.

What are the bonuses? This item gives you powerful bonuses that give you 10% more progress in crafting, alliance ranks, Alliance War skills and 15% more experience when killing NPCs.

The actual bonuses depend on how many books you have in Shalidor’s library.

Where to find it To get the item, you must first follow five separate leads and find the following items:

• Shadower Skin Cladding: The trail can be found in crates in the Grim Manor dungeon in Reaper’s March
• Seekerstring Thread: The trail is there when you search through torn cloth in the dead lands
• Bloodshot Oculus: The trail is left by guards and watchers in the deadlands.
• Hardened Tentacle: The trail is obtained from Sentinels in the Oblivion Portal in Self-Sacrifice Atoll.
• Twitching Eyeball: The Observer/Warden boss in Gravelight Sentinel in Imperial City Jail leaves this trail.
