Avengers: Kevin Feige Confirms Shang-Chi Director for The Kang Dynasty

It wasn’t just the first Trailer for the new Black Panther movie Wakanda Forever to see, but also a first look at Phase 5 and 6 of the MCU. Kevin Feige revealed there are more Avengers movies to come. It has now been announced that Destin Daniel Cretton (“Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”) directed for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will take over.

The Avengers will reassemble

The Avengers caught up in 2019 end game her grand finale, the Infinity Saga for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and grossed nearly $2.8 billion worldwide. What’s next for the MCU?

It’s still unclear which new team will form the Avengers. However, it is known that “The Kang Dynasty” will start on May 2, 2025 and “Secret Wars” on November 7, 2025, thus ending phase 6 of the MCU. The new big villain will be Kang and will be played by Jonathan Majors, who also starred in him in the Disney Plus series Loki has presented.

Another Kang version will be in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania presented on February 15, 2023. This movie will kick off phase 5 of the MCU. Majors has already confirmed that this will not be Kang from “Loki”, but a new version. Phase 4 of the MCU will conclude with the November 2022 film Wakanda Forever.
