In the first trailer too fifa 23 players have discovered a skill move that could make life really difficult for defenders. Here’s the new trick.
There is a lot to discover in the FIFA 23 reveal trailer. From new stadiums, new animations and fresh skill moves, everything is included. But one skill move in particular stands out because it just looks incredibly strong.
This is the new skill move: The new trick still has no official name and is performed in the trailer by Athletico Madrid’s forward Joao Felix. The Portuguese plays the ball to himself with a heel and then changes direction with a classic ball roll, leaving the defender without a chance. All of this at a brutal speed.

Why the new skill move could be so dangerous: The ball roll has always been a very effective weapon for passing defenders in recent FIFA years. Combining this classic with a back-heel could mean the horror for many defenders. Especially since at the beginning of the trick you expect a “heel-to-heel” that goes in a completely different direction.
So it could well be that the new skill move will quickly find many new fans and, in the worst case, even be spammed. In this case, EA would then have to adjust the effectiveness.
How to do the trick? Except for the first video material, nothing is currently known about the new skill move. It is therefore not yet clear which key combination must be executed and whether the trick is only mastered by players with 5 stars in Skill Moves.
