What is Star Wars: Andor about?

We learn Captain Cassian Andor know better, of his character Rebel Alliance Spywho at the time of Galactic Civil War sometimes more and sometimes less secretly fights against the Empire.

The action sets five years before Rogue One on. Five years before he shared responsibility for ensuring that the rebels Plans of the first Death Star get your hands on.

Before that happens, a lot has happened in Andor’s life. The galaxy at this time is suffering greatly from the Empire’s violent occupation of countless planets. That is why we are dealing with the “budding rebellion” against the Galactic Empire to the defense puts.

“It is an era of peril, deceit, and intrigue as Cassian embarks on the path that will make him a rebel hero…”

There is talk of one “daring mission”, to which we will accompany Andor. The second trailer offers a first insight into the dangers of this mission. Also, we see Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrerathe return of Mon Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly) and more!
