Spider-Man Remastered: Leak may show first screenshots of the PC version
At the 12. August appears Spider-Man Remastered on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Originally released exclusively as part of Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, Insomniac’s reimagining of the popular open-world title was announced for PC at a State of Play event last June. About the technical specifications, which the PC port of the Insomniac title, we reported a while ago. However, there wasn’t much to report about the port in terms of gameplay. After all, Sony had only shown trailers for the PC version so far. However, there are now the first leaked screenshots that are supposed to demonstrate the graphic quality of the title in conventional game scenes.
Where did the leak come from?
It is unknown who exactly put the screenshots on the Internet. A Reddit user named “TheHeaper55” posted the screenshots Reddithowever, he indicated this originally on Twitter to have found. When asked if the user could link the tweet, he replied that it had already been deleted.
Apart from the resolution of the screenshots, which are displayed in a much wider format than the 16:9 usual on consoles, not much catches the eye. In addition to scenes from the game itself, there is also a photo of the control options to see. This offers the possibility for the various attacks and maneuvers of the Marvel icon according to the platform Mouse or the Keyboard to use as an input device.
Playstation titles on PC
Spider-Man’s remastered version is far from the first game that was once planned as an exclusive title that is or will soon be playable on the PC. Prominent examples are God of War, Days Gone or Horizon: Zero Dawn. In addition, in the future, the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Spider-Man: Miles Morales appeared on the PC. To titles like Sackboy or Returnal there was no confirmation so far, but thanks to leaks there were numerous indications.
