WoW: Best Demon Hunter Items for Cartel Confusing Dinar
In Season 4 of WoW: Shadowlands, you can complete the new quests for the Cartel’s Confusing Dinars in the Fateful Raids. If you succeed, you will be rewarded with a Confusing Cartel Dinar. You can earn a maximum of three of these dinars over the course of the season. Then we’ll take them to Oribos, to the hall of safekeeping. Because there, Ta’choso, So’turu and Ko’ropo, three new dealers are waiting for you (back right, in the corner) who offer you weapons and jewelry for the dinars. Cost per item: one dinar. Once all three items have been bought, the dealers disappear again. So you can’t just undo your choice.
In the following, we want to clarify the question of which three items are worth the rare dinars for devastation and vengeful demon hunters, and which items you can do without with a clear conscience. The aim of the exercise: You should not have to regret your purchase afterwards.

Cartel Confusing Dinar – Devastation
Even if the class description says that demon hunters can theoretically carry swords, axes and fist weapons, we all know that there is really only one type of weapon for the demonic hunters: the warglaives. We’ll see if the three dealers have sharp double blades in stock. But first, a note that Havoc Demon Hunters prefer to increase Speed and Versatility over Critical Strike and Mastery.
Pretty jewels
The three cartel vendors have two basic quality levels in stock: weapons and trinkets with an item level of 278, and even slightly stronger options with an item level of 285. First, let’s look at the trinkets in the latter category, which promise to give you a huge damage boost. Items that improve your attack speed or that benefit from a high attack speed are particularly exciting.
This applies to this, for example Remnant of the Frozen Expansewhich grants 134 Agility and the following effect: “Equip: Your attacks have a high chance to deal 326 Frost damage and apply Frozen Heart to the opponent. Use: Calls out a neruber that ambushes an enemy, impaling them and inflicting 12,152 Physical damage. Enemies in the neruber’s path affected by your Frozen Heart effect take 1020 Frost damage.“
The other 285 gems are more situationally exciting. That Dreadfire Vessel gives you high burst damage every 90 seconds in addition to 134 mobility. A good all-around trinket is turn chains of dominationwhich can deal equally high single target and group damage.
But you should also consider the “small” 278 options. With the Chest with obtained treasures and Salvaged Fusion Amplifier there are two pieces of jewelry that – like the relic of the icy worlds – fully benefit from your enormous attack speed. Incidentally, when it comes to weapons from the treasure chest, the axes are clearly the best choice for your demon hunter. Finally, worth mentioning is the Impact of the Earthbreakerwhich can provide you with a strong DpS increase in enemy groups.
The big question now is, of course, which one or two pieces of jewelry you should buy for your few dinars. At the same item level, you should get the Chest with obtained treasures as well as the Salvaged Fusion Amplifiers provide the greatest possible damage increase. Unfortunately, the two trinkets have a lower item level than some of the alternatives just mentioned. So the race is extremely close. We ultimately gravitate towards the Chest and Relic of the Frozen Expanses.

Horny glaives
When choosing weapons, the item level is more important than for jewelry. If a peacemaker suddenly deals 161 to 255 damage instead of 146 to 244 damage, you’ll notice that. The damage per second value increases from 75 to 80, and your various special attacks also hit more.
Long story short: Normally you want to spend your dinars on a weapon with item level 285. The first piece of good news: One of the two warglaives sold by the traders has the targeted item level 285. The second piece of good news: Alandia’s tormented twin blades also has a solid secondary stat duo in Critical Strike and Haste. The combination of versatility and mastery of the salvation of domination (Handgun with item level 285) is less sexy. However, there is an item level 278 alternative that you might want to consider: the effect of Cross-shaped vein shredder is really good and even bangs in twice if you wear two vein shredders.
