Metal Slug Tactics: Delayed to 2023 to make it “as explosive as possible”.

As announced by Dotemu and developer Leikir Studio, the turn-based tactics game will not be released for PC and Nintendo Switch until sometime in 2023.

A new approach

Metal Slug Tactics combines familiar elements from the Metal Slug series, including characters like Marco, Eri and Fio, with new turn-based gameplay on a grid-based map.

“Marco, Eri, Fio and Tarma are working on making Metal Slug Tactics as explosive as possible for release, but the squad needs a little more time in the workshop to prepare for the battles to come,” it said on Twitter .
