Starfield: Modders are already preparing for Bethesda bugs

Starfield fans are sure: This is the release date! (1)

Starfield is arguably one of the most anticipated games right now that will hopefully be released in the near future. Many players are excited for Bethesda’s new space adventure, but as is often the case with Bethesda games of this size, there will likely be some bugs at launch. Some of these are probably more of a fun nature, such as the giant chickens in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, but there could also be serious bugs and translation issues and the like in the game at release.

Starfield modders brace themselves against bugs

The Bethesda title modding community would like to address any bugs in the game with their Starfield Community Patch prepare. The patch is one “Joint effort by mod authors and the wider Starfield player community to fix bugs, errors, and other inconsistencies in the game.”

“The fixes included in the patch are intended to correct bugs or errors in the base game. Examples include misplaced objects, script errors, inconsistencies in item properties, broken missions/quests, game-breaking exploits, missing attributes such as tags, header flags, etc. and typos. The overall goal is to improve the vanilla experience for all players.”

The Starfield Community Patch asks all players to report bugs and other errors in the game after the title is released. Users can also provide their own bug fixes, which are then integrated into the patch.
