Nintendo Switch: Smaller packaging should help with deliveries

Nintendo would like to further reduce the packaging of its Nintendo Switch in order to be able to deliver more copies of the console overall.

Nintendo has the Switch manufactured in China, from where the console is then shipped to countries around the world. Here the company seems to want to make the processes a little more efficient, especially since there are still logistics problems worldwide.

Here, at least, Nintendo can dock itself to speed up shipments of new consoles and increase volumes. In the case of the chip shortage, however, external factors play a major role that the company cannot solve itself.
