At the ExCel Convention Center, the best Pokémon GO trainers from around the world can compete in various battles to crown the best player as the Pokémon GO World Champion. But even if you don’t travel to England in person to compete with the world’s best players, Pokémon GO still offers you the opportunity to participate. You can fight challengers and get special rewards for limited research. We tell you what you have to do for it.

Pokémon GO: World Championship 2022 – All information about the limited research
When does the event start? The event starts for you today, August 18 at 10:00 in the morning and runs until August 23 at 20:00 in the evening. During this period, you can complete the special research for the event.
What are the tasks and rewards of the limited research in Pokémon GO?

Then, once you’ve completed all of the Pokémon GO Timed Research Challenges, you’ll also have an encounter with the special 2022 World Championship Pikachu, a Top Charge TM, and an Instant TM.
Where can the challengers be found? The challengers in Pokémon GO are distributed at various PokéStops. As usual, you can stroll to your favorite PokéStops and compete against the limited-time research challengers. The challengers are clone NPCs using the teams of real players who have won local championships, so you can expect tough opponents.
