Redfall: 20-minute video takes a closer look at the game world
Developer Arkane Austin has released a new and extensive video for the upcoming open-world vampire game Redfall.
It’s a full 20 minutes long and offers an in-depth look at the studio’s new game.

Aside from the gameplay, Studio Director Harvey Smith, Creative Director Ricardo Bare, Art Director Karen Segars and Lead Producer Aaron Carter also have their say.
“Redfall is our attempt to take what Arkane does well, which is a mix of first-person and role-playing games, and push it a little further,” says Smith. “Does this work in an open world? Does it work solo as well as with co-op players? Can we bring all of our storytelling, improvisational mechanics and style to an open world?”

Up to four players fight vampires in the open-world shooter, but you can also play it all solo.
Redfall is slated for release in the first half of 2023 for Xbox Series X/S and PC.
