Black Myth: Wukong: New trailers show gameplay and cutscene

Two trailers show the upcoming action game from the developers of Game Science from China. There are fights and a cutscene to admire. The scenes once again impress with their optics and animations.

Black Myth: Wukong gameplay snippets have been floating around the internet for more than two years. Fortunately, the Chinese developers decided very early on to impress gamers with real game scenes instead of boring them with render videos.

A monkey on the action throne?

The material presented so far inspires with visually impressive game environments, fantastically animated small, large and even larger opponents such as dragons, trolls, wolves and numerous other monsters. Your own character – a mixture of monkey and human, who is even able to transform into other creatures such as a beetle – is not neglected.

His movements in battle are graceful and reminiscent of the kung fu classics from Chinese cinema productions. Game Science has already announced that Black Myth: Wukong will be released for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S|X. However, the question still remains as to whether the finished product can really match the high quality of the material already published.

If so, the monkey brawl would certainly be a hot contender for a place on the podium of the action games available to date. Interested players won’t have to wait long for an answer – Black Myth: Wukong is scheduled to be released sometime in 2023.
