Village Romance: Coming soon to Nintendo Switch

The strategy and puzzle game Dorfromantik from the German developer studio Toukana Interactive comes to the Nintendo Switch.

You don’t have to wait long for it either, because the release is planned for September 29, 2022.

New content at launch

To celebrate the release on the Switch, new content is also coming into play, specifically a cherry blossom-themed biome complete with unique architecture and scenery.

Your goal in Village Romance is to connect hexagonal squares to gradually create an idyllic village landscape.

Dorfromantik left Early Access on the PC in April 2022 and has since received new Halloween and winter biomes, a creative mode and an undo function, among other things.

“The versatility of the Nintendo Switch harmonizes wonderfully with Dorfromantik’s short game rounds on the go or cozy game evenings on the couch,” it says.

Dorfromantik was honored as the best German game at the German Developer Prize 2021.
