GoldenEye 007: Super Mario Mod equips Koopas with an assault rifle and hand grenades

Modders provide a rather unusual crossover of two classic Nintendo 64 games with a new creation.

There is now a Super Mario mod for GoldenEye 007 which features, among other things, patrolling Koopas armed with a Soviet KF7 assault rifle and hand grenades.

The name is Mario, Super Mario

As James Bond aka Super Mario Bond, you take on the Koopas and their fellow Bob-ombs, who of course don’t stand a chance against you.

Before this mission can be successfully completed, there is still a kind of boss fight against King Bob-omb on the program, which will not let you get away so easily. See for yourself:

This video only shows you a single level, but there was a lot more to see in a previous trailer for the mod (see below).

Luigi, Wario, Peach and Daisy also appear there. We can also see familiar Mario enemies patrolling levels familiar from GoldenEye 007.
