from Philip Sattler
The new HBO series House of the Dragon is a spin-off of the hugely successful Game of Thrones. The new series about the Targaryens was able to break the first successes right from the start. You can now watch the first episode completely free of charge and without a Sky subscription.

For seven years, Game of Thrones was the shining star in the series sky. The story of Westeros and the War of the Kings broke record after record and became the number one topic of conversation. In the eighth year, the star then went out with the final season. Because to this day, many viewers feel the ending of the story as an insult to the quality of the previous seasons.

But that hasn’t changed the fact that viewers are still hungry for more stories from the universe invented by Georg RR Martin. The first spin-off, House of the Dragons, was already able to break records in terms of viewership with the first season. And not only the crowd is enthusiastic, critics also praised the start of the series.
