God of War Ragnarök: New gameplay shows more of the dwarven city

In God of War Ragnarök, the father and son team sets off again on an adventure.

God of War Ragnarök is presented in a new and short gameplay clip. In it we see for the first time a bit more gameplay in the dwarven level Svartalfheim. Geysers, environmental puzzles, sprawling cities and much more await us there. In the middle of course Kratos and Atreus.

Sony is finally showing more gameplay for Ragnarok

That’s what it’s about: Sony Santa Monica has teamed up with Game Informer to reveal another short gameplay video clip from God of War Ragnarok. It presents the world of the dwarves, which was already shown in the first gameplay trailer, in more detail.

This can be seen: Several parts of the level are shown in the video. Among other things, there are cities, mines, landscaped waterways and various buildings. In addition, the dwarves seem to take advantage of the naturally occurring geysers.

Environment puzzles: Of course, this all lends itself perfectly to using the environment for puzzles. As we know, Kratos’ weapons can be enhanced with Ice and Fire. This extra power is not only used in combat, but is also used, for example, to smooth the way.

For example, the new clip shows how a hot geyser is frozen in order to be able to walk over it. Or how we take a hot lid off a geyser with the Chaos Blades to let it bubble up and turn a water wheel.

When is God of War Ragnarok coming? It only takes a few months. The launch of the long-awaited sequel to the mega blockbuster is scheduled for November 9th. Then it comes to the PS4 and the PS5 on the market. Provided that nothing else comes between them.
