Gobliiins 5: Second crowdfunding campaign successfully completed – News

Apparently the last crowdfunding campaign Ulule half a year ago, which had brought in just under 7,000 euros, but not enough to attract the musicians for Gobliiins 5 to pay. Because the creator of the series Pierre Gilhodes has once again asked for support for exactly this purpose. This time at kickstarters, and as with the first campaign, he asked for 3,000 euros. 450 supporters followed his call and, with 7,774 euros, just missed the chance to invest a nice Schnaps number in euros.

One can only speculate as to why there was not a single update from Gilhodes during the campaign, why he did little to no publicity for his project, and why he asked for the comparatively tiny sum of 3,000 euros for both campaigns. The description mentions that “the marketing of the game will take place in a second phase”.

Information about the project can be found in the news about the first campaign, apart from the names of the musicians there is not really much that is new on Kickstarter. In the video below you can find a short snippet of a section of the game. Regarding the scope of the adventure, it is said that it is “well advanced, about halfway through” and that it should contain “about 16 (large) levels”.
