Poll: Which Assassin’s Creed game are you most looking forward to?

Mirage, Red, Witch or Jade? What was your highlight?

The Ubisoft Forward Showcase took place on Saturday. The focus was on the Assassin’s Creed universe, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. To celebrate properly, Ubisoft not only unveiled Mirage, the next Assassin’s Creed game, but also had a host of other announcements up its sleeve. Most of it wasn’t a big surprise anymore, after all, the first details had been leaked days before, but with three other games revealed, the AC material shouldn’t run out so quickly for the time being.

This not only raises the question of when the games will appear, but also which of them you are looking forward to the most.

The future of Assassin’s Creed

The next Assassin’s Creed is called Mirage and lets us play Basim, who goes from street thief to master assassin in Baghdad. The motto of the game: Back to the roots. If you’re longing for another open world RPG like AC Valhalla instead, you won’t go away empty-handed either. Codename Red aims to give us just that, only in feudal Japan.

Codename Hexe, on the other hand, is more mystical, which the witch hunt already betrays with its name. And if you want to play Assassin’s Creed on your smartphone, you can do that with codename Jade, which takes us back to ancient China. So you see: AC supplies aren’t going to run out anytime soon.

Even if not much is known about the games and the releases will be spread over a few years, they already give us a picture to form a rough opinion. The settings alone can make the decisive difference as to whether we want to play the games or not.
