WoW: Dragonflight: New Chromie time and the supposed squeeze of values

WoW: Dragonflight brings value squeeze again - these problems could occur (1)

The new level cap brings a few minor issues to Dragonflight, but they’ve sparked a lot of discussion. In the official WoW forum, a community manager from Blizzard provides information about the new Chromie time in WoW: Dragonflight and the supposed value squeeze that is said to be associated with it.

With WoW: Dragonflight the maximum level will be level 70. So our heroes have to climb ten levels. In order not to lengthen the level phase for new characters, massive XP nerfs for old expansion zones announced.

The reduced amount of experience required to level up and the new maximum level mean that the feature chromie time needs to be adjusted. The system will be changed so that you can level up from level 10 to 60 over Chromie time in an expansion line.

Here’s what Blizzard says about the redesign of Chromie time

in the official WoW forum writes community manager Kaivax that it there will be no squish and thus answers the question of a player around the discussion about a new value squish in WoW: Dragonflightwhich recently ignited.

“The overall goal is for player characters who are level 60 today to become comfortable in WoW (buy now ): Log in Dragonflight at level 60, with the same item level and roughly the same stats as they had before. What we’re doing: We’re rescaling Chromie time. In Dragonflight, chromie time now stretches from 10 to 60, allowing players to choose which expansion they want to level in, and they can stay with it until Dragonflight if they wish.”
