The cosplay comes from costume tailor The Legend of Emily, who, as a Zelda fan, naturally chose a particularly appropriate name and shares her latest work in two pictures. On both she is a link in the outfit of the royal guard ready to protect Hyrule and its inhabitants from all evil with his life.
