Sker Ritual PC roadmap and release date revealed

The developer of Sker Ritual has revealed the roadmap and release date for PC.

The gates to Sker Ritual Early Access will open for all who venture in on October 13, as revealed by Wales Interactive on the Steam Early Access roadmap.

The developer has news on what to expect at launch on PC, followed by each “Episode” update leading up to the release of 1.0 on PC and console in Q2 2023.

All content related to the PC launch

Episode One, the very first map, The Cursed Lands of Lavernock2, is nearing completion. The map will contain all objectives, trials and a boss fight. The only thing missing are some of our top secret Easter Eggs.

Sker Pass; a completely free cosmetic rewards system with no premium pass option like they used to do. The Sker Pass will start with 50 free items (including masks, animated menu backgrounds, player icons, menu music, weapon charms and more) and each episode update will offer 25 new items to unlock.

What you get in each episode update

Each Episode is a new map update with the added bonus of a Sker story (voice) that follows the events of Maid of Sker. There has been some confusion in the community as to whether the game will have a separate story mode and to answer that question: no. Sker Ritual is a turn-based co-op FPS and does not hire a replacement for [hypothetisches] Maid of Sker 2.

Each episode will add tons of new content including new maps, elites, bosses, objectives, trials, easter eggs and weapons.
