Game culture: Polaris Convention: Community event takes place in Hamburg at the end of October

The Polaris Convention will take place in Hamburg for the first time from October 28th to 30th. The event is designed as a community con that is intended to attract gamers, cosplayers and creators to the Hamburg exhibition halls. Well-known exhibitors such as Nintendo, Games Workshop and Crunchyroll are also on board.

According to the official announcement, the organizers plan to present a playable amusement park to the visitors. Not only games should be played here, but also community experiences should be created.

In the cyberdome area there should also be everything related to e-sports – including hands-on tournaments with Super Smash Bros. and Rocket League. In addition to e-sports coaching, there will also be five stages that will also focus on the topic.
